If you have any problems, use our free hotline and rely on our top-notch service. Our qualified service technicians are generally on site with you within 24 hours to provide a diagnosis of the problem, take stock of the spare parts required and, if possible, carry out temporary repairs to allow you to continue producing. Do you need spare parts for your system? Our technical customer advisers will specify the right spare part for you and ensure prompt delivery. Our own spare parts store covering over 720 square metres and the central warehouses of our manufacturers ensure very high levels of spare parts availability – whether in the event of a fault, for regular maintenance or for machine overhauls. As a rule, spare parts are delivered within 24 hours of order receipt. This is crucial to ensure your machinery runs smoothly.
