In recent years, the Basque company has specialised in highly productive moving column machining centres. Thanks to a modular system, the machines can be individually assembled and customized. In addition to the conventional moving column designs with table sizes up to 12 meters, Ibarmia also builds a version in T design, which is available ex works with automated pallets.
Multiprocess functions, i.e. milling and turning combined, belong to the standard options of the machines. As a result, Ibarmia torque has NC swivel heads and NC rotary tables in its product range.
The innovative company is also working on hybrid machines, which combine additive technology with travelling column machines.
